What is EcoJay?

EcoJay is a B2B and D2C sustainable apparel brand. We manufacture at our own factory in Tiruppur, India and supply certified sustainable garments to brands, decorators, distributors, and corporate buyers. Every sustainability claim we make is independently verified.

Where are EcoJay garments made?

At our own factory in Tiruppur, India - a specialist knitwear region with a deep certified-supplier ecosystem. Owning the factory means we have direct accountability at the manufacturing stage and can trace every garment to its production batch and input source.

What certifications does EcoJay hold?

GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), all issued and audited by Intertek. These cover recycled content verification, organic fibre processing, and chain-of-custody traceability respectively. Certificates are available on request.

What product lines does EcoJay offer?

Three fabric lines: Recycled Polycotton (our flagship, made from 100% reclaimed inputs, GRS-certified), Organic Cotton (GOTS-certified), and Recycled PET (GRS-certified). Each is available in a range of ready-in-stock styles, with made-to-order available for custom specifications.

What is EcoJay's patent-pending softness process?

A proprietary finishing technique applied at our Tiruppur factory that restores premium hand-feel to recycled cotton without synthetic softener coatings that wash out. It's the reason EcoJay recycled garments feel comparable to conventional cotton, not like a trade-off.

Can EcoJay supply blanks for screen printing, embroidery, or branded merchandise?

Yes. EcoJay blanks are tested for compatibility with screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and heat transfer. For operators wanting to pass certified sustainability credentials to their clients, full certification documentation travels with the product through the supply chain.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch. International timelines vary by destination. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

How much does UK shipping cost?

Free on orders over £80. Below that, a flat fee is shown at checkout before payment. Express delivery is available at an additional charge.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, the order may have been processed and we can't guarantee cancellation. Changes and cancellations are not possible once dispatched but you can initiate a return once the order arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

What is EcoJay's returns policy?

30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty. Email our customer team with your order number and reason. We'll send a return label for UK orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

What if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?

Contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund, your choice. We genuinely want to know if something isn't right.

Care

How should I wash EcoJay garments?

Please follow the wash care instructions on the garment label. The wash care label is placed inside of the left seam. If you notice any fading, shrinkage or damage, please contact us with images of the issue.
