At EcoJay, we don't believe in perfect. We believe in better, and in being honest about the gap between the two.
Every fabric we create is intended to do less harm than the alternative available to us today. 100% Reclaimed Polycotton, 100% Recycled PET, 100% Organic Cotton – all three exist because we asked the same question: what's the most responsible choice we can make right now?
We'll keep asking it. The answer will keep improving.

Made from pre-consumer cotton waste and recycled plastic bottles, diverted before it ever becomes landfill.

RECLAIMED POLYCOTTON
57% Reclaimed Pre-Consumer Industrial Fabric Waste, 38% Recycled Plastic Bottles, 5% Reclaimed Elastane
The one that does the most with what already exists. The cotton comes from factory offcuts that never became anything. The polyester from plastic bottles.
Together, they make a fabric that performs on par with conventional cotton - you won't feel the difference. Every tee diverts 1.45 plastic bottles and 120g cotton waste from landfill.

Every t-shirt diverts 4.45 plastic bottles from landfill and saves 15.55 kg of CO₂ versus a standard virgin cotton garment.
This is the performance option. Made from 100% recycled PET, it's quick dry, lightweight, and built for people who need a fabric that moves with them.

WHERE DID THESE NUMBERS COME FROM?
Our impact figures are drawn from a third-party Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) conducted by Windhives Sustainability Solutions in February 2025, following ISO14040/14044 standards. The assessment modeled a 200g red T-shirt in our Tiruppur mill. Figures reflect production and end-of-life stages based on conditions in India and do not account for onward transportation to other markets. Results may vary across colours, sizes, and production batches.
