1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are estimates. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
3. Shipping Costs
- UK standard: free on orders over £80; flat fee below that threshold, shown at checkout
- UK express: available at an additional charge, shown at checkout
- International: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
4. Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Your dispatch confirmation will include a tracking link. If you haven't received this within 2 working days, check your spam folder or contact us at support@ecojay.eco.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Contact us at support@ecojay.eco with your order number and we'll liaise with the courier to resolve the issue promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected by delays outside our control.
6. International Orders — Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. We recommend checking your local import thresholds before ordering.
7. Incorrect Address
Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
