2. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18, that your information is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders before dispatch - for example, where a pricing error has occurred or payment cannot be verified. You will be notified and refunded in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Confirmed orders are always honoured at the price shown at checkout. In the event of a clear pricing error we reserve the right to cancel and refund before dispatch.

5. Products

We make every effort to display products accurately. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen settings or material characteristics. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content - text, images, logos, and product descriptions - is the property of Smrthi Ltd, trading as EcoJay and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt our systems, or submit false or misleading information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter where exclusion is unlawful.
